This is my morning routine.
I’ve been using this for a long time now, not every morning but during certain phases of my life if I feel like I’m a little off track I use it to bring me back quickly.
I’ll do it for a few mornings in a row for days or weeks or as long as it takes until I feel much better.
Copy and paste it into your phone and scroll through it each morning if you feel like you need to realign yourself with what matters and what’s important in life.
It’s basically a list of affirmations, ideas, concepts and many other things compiled into a simple list that I’ve gathered from 100’s of books and other knowledge I’ve gained from the greats over the years. Right when my eyes crack open I reach for my phone and go through this list. I find that the questions and affirmations and exercises balance my head out. It reminds me of what I should be letting go of, what’s important and what to focus on to make my day great! Every day! It looks long but only takes 5-10 minutes to read through and think about.
Also, if there’s anything that you don’t like, delete it. If there’s something you want to add, then add it! This is totally flexible and I change it often to suit what my head is doing. This is just what I do, it doesn’t mean it’s right or wrong or will solve all of your problems but I strongly believe that it WILL help you clear your mind so you can focus on what’s important.

Imagine you died right now. No time to think or act. No time to say good bye or any last words to
anyone. You just had a massive heart attack 5 seconds ago. You don’t feel any pain it’s so quick. Your life
is instantly over. Think about this and feel this. As your spirit floats away it realizes what just happened
and you think about your life.

Everything that happens is part of the process your subconscious has planned. Focus on the end goal,
not the small steps to get there. The small steps is your subconscious job. Sometimes you will take a
step back and it won’t make sense but understand that your subconscious is steering you towards the
end goal. Steps back are necessary to get to the end goal.
